ABOUT ME

I am a bagpiper in the City of Newport, South Wales, with over 40 years experience piping at weddings, engagements, parties, birthdays, funerals, corporate & charity events across South Wales and beyond.

 

I have piped at all kinds of events over the years, but weddings are my passion. When it comes to weddings, I can offer you more than most, by bringing my knowledge and experience of piping at many of the wonderful wedding venues that South Wales has to offer. My knowledge of South Wales' finest wedding venues will allow me to give you the best advice on how the bagpipes will bring the sound of Scotland to your wedding day.

 
I have played the bagpipes at many wonderful wedding venues across South Wales, including:

What can you expect when you book me to pipe for you?
  • I am an experienced piper of high standard and professionalism
  • I always respond to any questions or queries that you may have
  • I am happy to offer suggestions on how the bagpipes can enhance your special day
  • I will provide you with a written contract/invoice when you book me
  • I have public liability insurance
  • I am DBS checked
  • I usually request a small booking fee to secure your chosen date, and request the remainder 14 days before your event
  • I only ever accept one booking for one wedding per day; therefore you can be assured that I will not be leaving your event early to pipe at someone else's wedding
  • I am more than happy to stay after your wedding for photos if required; no rushing away
  • I usually do not post photographs from funerals onto my social media pages, as a mark of respect
  • I am more than happy to work with your chosen wedding suppliers in order to bring you the best service that I can deliver on your special day
